Transform Your Backyard
With KOI Build Co

KOI Build Co is a deck builder for homeowners in Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and South Puget Sound, WA, designing and building custom decks and patios. We create outdoor living spaces that extend your home, add usable square footage and make it easier to entertain, relax and enjoy the Northwest seasons.

Our team works with composite and wood decking, railings, stairs, covered structures and concrete or paver patios to match your vision and budget. We handle layout, permitting and structural details so your new deck or patio is both beautiful and built to code.

Planning a budget? We have broken down what a deck costs in Thurston County, and explained when a deck needs a permit in Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater. If you want to use the deck through the wet months, we also build deck covers.

Whether you want a simple backyard deck, a deck replacement, a multi-level entertaining space or a patio integrated with a remodel or addition, KOI Build Co delivers thoughtful design, durable materials and clean craftsmanship from start to finish.
