Home Remodeling & Renovations in Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater & South Puget Sound WA
KOI Build Co specializes in full home remodeling and renovations for homeowners in Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and South Puget Sound, WA. We manage comprehensive projects that update multiple rooms or entire homes, improving layout, style and functionality.
Our design-build team coordinates kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, interior walls, lighting, exterior updates and more under a single, cohesive plan. We focus on understanding how you live in your home today and what is not working, then create a remodeling solution that addresses those pain points.
Bathrooms are where a lot of our remodels start, from a small bathroom remodel to a full walk-in shower. When a floor feels soft near the tub or toilet, the problem is usually underneath, and our guide to soft floors and subfloor repair explains what it costs to fix.
Whether you are opening up a closed-off floor plan, modernizing an older home or completing a whole-house renovation, KOI Build Co provides a clear process, detailed budgeting and high-quality craftsmanship from the first concept meeting to the final walkthrough.
